FEES & REBATES

If you are a member of a private health fund, you may be entitled to claim a rebate for psychological services. The amount of the rebate will depend on your level of cover. For more information, we recommend contacting your private health fund directly.

If you are plan-managed under the NDIS, you may be eligible to claim psychological services through your plan if approved. Our practice can invoice your plan manager directly. Please note, we do not currently accept NDIA-managed (agency-managed) plans.

 Please note that 'Tay Psychology'  will process the full payment for your appointment at 12 p.m. on the day of your session. This helps avoid delays and ensures your session runs smoothly and on time. 

 If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us by phone or email. As outlined in the patient agreement, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee equivalent to the full session cost.
