BULK BILLED PSYCHOLOGY ONLINE

With a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP, you may be eligible for up to ten (10) Medicare-subsidised online psychology sessions per calendar year. For eligible sessions, this means no out-of-pocket cost.

You’re also welcome to access online psychology services privately; no referral or treatment plan required. 

You can access our service in one of two ways:

1. With a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP

Medicare Psychology Session (50 min): $0

2. Privately (No Referral Needed)

Private Psychology Session (50 min): $180.00 

Once we receive your Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral, we’ll contact you to schedule your first appointment.

We’ll then send you a consent form via email and SMS for you to complete online before your session.

You’ll receive appointment reminders via email and SMS before your session.

Your video call link will also be sent via email and SMS one day before your appointment.

Prefer a phone session? Just let us know, we’re happy to accommodate.

For video appointments, click the link we sent to join the session at your scheduled time.

For phone appointments, simply answer the call from your psychologist, which may come from a private number.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a late cancellation fee equal to the current Medicare bulk-billing rate of $98.95 for appointments with Registered Psychologists.
